Viewing RSS Feeds

There are several ways to view an RSS feed with Web Feed Reader:
1.By choosing an RSS feed entry in My Feeds  
2.By adding the RSS feed URL you wish to view as a query string in your browser's address bar  
3.By recalling a previously-saved entry from the Favorites/Bookmark menu of your browser  

Use the following descriptions when considering how to view an RSS feed:

Viewing an RSS feed in My Feeds

1.If the My Feeds icon is not visible in a Tree Panel, toggle the Tree Panel ON by clicking the Feeds menu icon  
2.Open the My Feeds list of your personal feeds  
3.Click on the feed of choice to have the feed appear in the RSS Feed Panel  
4.Click on the item of choice in the RSS Feed Panel to see the article in the Viewer Panel  


View an RSS feed via a query string

To view most any RSS feed from the Reader, enter in your browser address bar something similar to the following where rss=http://someRSSURL
is the URL of the RSS feed you wish to view:

http://www.WebFeedReader.com/RSSReader/reader.aspx?rss=http://someRSSURL  

For example:  
http://www.WebFeedReader.com/RSSReader/reader.aspx?rss=http://msdn.microsoft.com/netframework/rss.xml  
 

View a Favorite/Bookmarked RSS Feed

If you are using Internet Explorer, view an RSS feed from the Favorites menu option.
If you are using NetScape/Firefox, view an RSS feed from the Bookmarks menu option.
